These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpenFPGA CRM application ("Service"), operated by OpenFPGA, Inc. ("OpenFPGA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and OpenFPGA.
The Service is a private, internal tool available exclusively to OpenFPGA team members and authorized partners. Access is by invitation only. To register, you must:

The Service is intended solely for internal business purposes in connection with your authorized relationship with OpenFPGA. You agree not to:
The Service integrates with Google APIs to enhance CRM functionality. Specifically:
By connecting your Google account, you authorize OpenFPGA to access your Google data as described above, subject to the permissions you grant via Google OAuth. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. OpenFPGA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
OpenFPGA owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, interfaces, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. All trademarks, service marks, and logos associated with the Service are the property of OpenFPGA.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (e.g., contact records, notes). By submitting such data, you grant OpenFPGA a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPENFPGA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OPENFPGA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPENFPGA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF OPENFPGA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OPENFPGA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
OpenFPGA may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, without limitation, violation of these Terms, termination of your employment or authorized relationship with OpenFPGA, or discontinuation of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
